Hardwood floor stain has been chosen – we have mixed Coffee Brown with a little Ebony. This color mutes the natural pattern in the wood

The addition is shaping up. This area will feature a Bedroom, full bath, bonus family room, wine room and a walk-out 3rd floor roof deck.
