The custom spa pool we had fabricated in Utah has arrived and we are delivering it to the site by crane.

The water service installation and  inspections  are now complete.

The basement continues to be dug out by hand. Soon it will be ready for rough plumbing.

We have finished demo on a basement dig down project that will feature a full basement build out to create lower level living space.  Follow

The excavation is complete and the concrete foundations have been poured awaiting inspection.
