Things are finishing up on the second floor. Wall and trim painting are complete and light fixtures are being installed. After the floor protection has been removed, the finished look is revealed.

The last of the plumbing fixtures are being installed in the second floor bathrooms and laundry room along with shower glass and lighting fixture choices.
Some of our clients prefer us to complete project while they are out of town. Finishes are selected before they leave. We just finished this bathroom remodel independently. The only thing left is to choose a mirror and add some towel bars when they return. Less than one day of disruption.
For our project on North Park, we were hired to refinish existing turn of the century 3 ¼ pine flooring after removing small side walls to open up the space. This meant we needed to find reclaimed 3 ¼ to match the repairs then refinish the floor to get all the woods to look original. […]
The new addition is now framed out. When complete this new 3rd floor will feature an additional bedroom suite, bonus room, wine room and outdoor sitting area.
It’s flooring, tile and door installation time.
The roof is off and we are getting ready to start framing the upstairs addition.
Custom iron and glass cabinets have arrived from a fabricator in Arkansas. One large cabinet is mounted over a lower work station in a butlers pantry, one is free standing in the kitchen and two were installed in custom niche spaces with wallpaper backing in the dining room.
New project. Pryor Construction will be adding a third floor addition to an existing single family home. Demolition has begun to prepare for the new added space.
Update – Drywall has been installed and flooring will start soon.
