It’s flooring, tile and door installation time.
The roof is off and we are getting ready to start framing the upstairs addition.
Custom iron and glass cabinets have arrived from a fabricator in Arkansas. One large cabinet is mounted over a lower work station in a butlers pantry, one is free standing in the kitchen and two were installed in custom niche spaces with wallpaper backing in the dining room.
New project. Pryor Construction will be adding a third floor addition to an existing single family home. Demolition has begun to prepare for the new added space.
Update – Drywall has been installed and flooring will start soon.
Our clients are choosing ways to let day light into their homes without sacrificing privacy. Operational skylights that automatically close when they sense rain and solar tubes are popular options.
At punch list the final details are coming together for this full 1100 square foot basement dig down. The heated floor includes porcelain tiles that look like wide plank wood flooring throughout. This project includes the addition of a very large modern bathroom.
All the windows have been installed, the new garage has been framed up and the backyard landscaping has started to be installed.
Insulation has been blown in at all exterior walls to meet energy code.
