Happenings on Hermitage
The indoor spa decking has been completed and the spa will be filled soon. The observatory is large enough to hold work at home meetings. The nana wall, railings and final paint touchups are all that is left to do.
Change on Charleston – Part 1
We are renovating a second condo in the same build we worked in a few years ago. This 1900 sq ft Bucktown loft will feature a new modern kitchen, master bathroom and stairway access to a new roof deck. Demo has been completed and framing is finishing.
Bathroom On Buena
Our clients were so happy with their first bathroom that they have asked us to do their second. This will feature custom cabinetry and the same glossy textured white subway tile as the first bathroom.

Transformation On Troy
Pryor construction has started a full gut renovation of an existing masonry two flat with a frame addition. We have received our demo permit and are off to the races.

The final trim pieces have been installed and are ready for paint. The floor finishing is almost complete. The remodeled house is completely new but still retains the character of the original 1918 house.

Cabinets for the kitchen have been installed. Light green painted upper cabinets with neutral base cabinets were chosen. A nice gray lightly veined soapstone was selected as the countertop. The style of cabinets was chosen to match the older Chicago bungalow feel.
